چکیده

در این پژوهش، تاثیر سه منطقه شاهرود، بندر گز و هزار جریب از شمال ایران و سه روش استخراج غرقابی، ماکروویو و اولتراسوند در چهار زمان مختلف استخراج بر میزان ترکیبات فنولی استخراجی و خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره پوست سبز گردو با آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.برای تعیین معنی‌داربودن تاثیر هر یک از فاکتورها به تنهایی و اثر متقابل آن ها، داده‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت و سپس میانگین‌ها با استفاده از آزمون دانکن در سطح احتمال(P
