چکیده

در این تحقیق اثر توان‌های مختلف (90، 270 و 450 وات) و دوره تابش یعنی زمان های روشن–خاموش (60/30 و 120/30 ثانیه/ثانیه) بر روی نسبت خشک شدن و صدمه دانه در خشک کردن به‌روش مایکروویو در دو رقم نعمت و هاشمی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج به‌دست آمده، مدل میدیلی و همکاران بهترین پیش‌بینی را برای خشک کردن رقم نعمت در دوره 60/30 نشان داد. علاوه‌براین مدل Two-term برای رقم هاشمی در دوره‌های 60/30 و 120/30 و برای رقم نعمت در دوره 120/30 بهترین پیش‌بینی را داشت. طبق نتایج این تحقیق برای رقم هاشمی توان 270 وات و دوره 120/30 توصیه می‌شود. در این شرایط شکست دانه 1/19 درصد بود. در تمام حالات درصد شکست در رقم نعمت بالای 40 درصد بود و این نشان می‌­دهد این رقم مناسب خشک کردن با مایکروویو نیست. توصیه می‌شود یک پیش‌آزمایش قبل از انجام آزمایش‌های مایکروویو انجام شود.
